Each of our pieces is handmade & packed with love and care. Please allow 3 business days for us to create your order and get it ready to ship.

Shipping Rates:

We offer standard Free Shipping within Australia on all orders over $250 (yay!). For orders under that, shipping is calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods:

We trust Australia Post to get your new favorite piece safely to your doorstep. You'll get a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your order's journey. We’ll let you know the moment it’s on its way!

Eco-Friendly Shipping:

We love Mama Earth as much as we love creating you beautiful things, so we pack your order using eco-friendly materials from HEAPSGOOD PACKAGING - Reuse your post bag or pop it in your compost and send it back to the earth. Don't worry about removing your shipping label they also come from heaps good!!! to find out more about their products we use check their website here.

Delivery Time:

We’re all about transparency: domestic orders usually take 1 to 4 business days to arrive, while international orders may take a little longer (up to 3 weeks). Please note, shipping times can vary.

Lost or Damaged Items:

Uh-oh! If something gets lost or damaged during shipping, we’ve got your back. Contact us within 2 weeks of delivery, and we will see what we can do

Refunds:

As a slow-fashion brand, we take pride in creating thoughtful, lasting pieces. We ask that you take a moment to make sure your purchase is the perfect fit for your wardrobe. We love knowing that each item is going to someone who values quality and care as much as we do! At this stage we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We can exchange your piece for a different size if its not the right fit! Please email us at info@selahsun.com for any returns.

Changes to Orders:

• If you realize you made a mistake on your order (oops!), please contact us ASAP. Once an order is processed or shipped, we can’t make changes, but we’ll do our best to help if we catch it early!
